With 90% of the population possessing a high school education or above, the labor pool is also well educated and highly skilled. Boasting numerous colleges and technical schools, the Crossroads region offers countless degree and technical certifications and 42% of the employed population is ready to accept the training necessary to excel in any profession.
The location of the Crossroads Coalition region is also a positive factor when the Labor Force is analyzed. The central location of the Coalition allows employers to draw from a large and diverse rural and urban workforce.
